King Farm. this is a commercial site for a homebuilder in Montgomery County, Maryland, about halfway between Rockville and Gaithersburg. It was, until very recently, the last undeveloped strip of land along Maryland Route 355 (rockville Pike extended, which is Wisconsin Avenue extended from the District of Columbia) between Rockville and Gaithersburg. Once this area is covered over with housing, except for the various parks, all of southern Montgomery County will be considered "fully-developed", with almost all former private lands having been given over to subdivisions.
