Note also that the Affadavit filed as to the contents of Muhammad's 1990 Caprice included several drivers licenses under a variety of names, but all with his picture. It's very simple: if the US wasn't soft on ILLEGAL ALIENS, we wouldn't have had the sniper attack. And, considering that at least some of the 9/11 Hijackers made use of a mechanism in the Virginia licensing system -- deliberately left open for the convenience of centralamerican illegal aliens and for the benefit of their despicable employers -- and had the system not been pandering to the illegals and their employers, those hijackers might possibly have been detected, maybe even in time to stop at least one of the murder flights. And Kathleen Kennedy Townsend proposes that the State of Maryland _disarm_? Who is she working for, anyway? Not you, and not me! Okay, let's get personal. I think that "Kennedy" says it all. JFK and RFK were strong and fearless Conservatives in the best sense of the word; they stood for American values such as a Strong America, Standing Tall, and Taking Care of Yourself. Do you think RFK -- famous for his remark to the effect that he'd jail Mafiosi for spitting on the sidewalk if that's what it took to get them off of the streets -- would respond to a Transnational Terrorist threat by funding programs to make it easier for ILLEGAL ALIENS to live here? No way, Jose! But unless I am sadly mistaken, this is what one of KKT's programs does. Would JFK -- famous for backing down the Soviets in the Cuban Misile Crisis -- respond to what's _obviously_ a Terror Spree by a well-armed and electronically-directed transnational tag-team, by _disarming the public_? HE WOULD NOT! He'd be passing out munitions and telling people "don't ask what rights you can give up for your country, ask instead what enemies of the nation you can blow out of their goddamned socks!" Ms Townsend, if you're trading on the reputation of your relatives, "you're no Jack Kennedy". First and foremost, it's absolutely despicable to try to make an end-run around the Constitution of the United States. "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." According to USC 311, the unorganized Militia comprises most able-bodied law-abiding adults who are citizens, or have declared an intent to remain in the States. There is no question in anyone's mind that for the Militia to be useful for the defense of a free State -- and isn't Maryland called "the Free State"? -- the Militia, that is the law-abiding adult citizens, must have useful Arms. What are useful Arms? Unquestionably, the unorganized Militia, the citizens, being militarily untrained, are Light Infantry. Thus, the arms appropriate to the unorganized Militia is a Light Infantry Rifle. The specific weapons you are proposing to ban are the specific weapons most appropriate to the needs and requirements of the unorganized Militia. There is a clear and pressing need for a well-armed population of responsible and law-abiding citizens, not the disarmed and quaking sheep who are still traumatized by the fact that Maryland laws -- many of them passed by _you_ Ms Townsend on the imprimateur of the Kennedy name -- left them disarmed, and incapable of self defense. Two -- TWO -- _lightly but appropriately equipped_ individuals -- one man heavily involved in the transnational smuggling of human cargo and a trader in forged documents for illegal aliens, and one BOY foreigner who had been "catch-and-release"d -- were able to terrorze two States and the District and cost millions of dollars to local government economies already reeling in economic disarray. What are you going to do if elected, Ms Townsend? Rush through laws totally disarming the public, and when TWO DOZEN lightly but appropriately equipped ILLEGAL ALIENS and their US-citizen Enablers go on a rampage? How many millions will it cost to track them down? For that much money you could just call up the unorganized Militia, and put a brand new Bushmaster into their hands. Citizens would stand watch -- the snipers can't shoot us ALL -- and when we hear a gunshot we will point our fingers in the direction of the shot, and when all of us are pointing out fingers in the same direction, anything at the center of the circle of pointing fingers will be acquired as a target, and nothing moves until the "real cops" get there. We aren't sheep, Ms Townsend, no matter how hard you try; we're Americans -- except for the ILLEGAL ALIENS you coddle, that is -- and we intend to do what JFK would want: Stand Tall and Not Blink in the face of Threats or Terror. Don't try to _make_ us into sheep.
